TALKBACK Citizen's Panel Application
Thank you very much for expressing an interest in joining Talkback  - Oxford City’s Citizen Panel.

Understanding the views of local people is really important to us and Talkback  is one of the ways we improve that understanding, helping to improve services and tackle important issues for the community.

As a member of the panel, you will be asked to complete surveys and possibly take part in focus groups. Whilst all panel members will be given the opportunity to contribute their views, participation is never mandatory of course!

Oxford City use the views that are expressed to help make decisions that affect residents, their families and the local communities in daily life.

To ensure that the Talkback panel represents our local population we need to ask learn a little more about your background.  All information that you give to us is confidential and is used by M·E·L Research and Oxford City Council for the purposes of analysis only.  
Your ongoing participation in Talkback and any information you give us is confidential to the organisations involved in this project.  It will not be used in relation to any other dealings you might have with the Council or any other body.

The types of activities people have the opportunity to take part in through Talkback will not interest all panel members all of the time. For example some panel members just want to complete postal surveys, while others enjoy taking part in focus groups. Oxford City Council would like to make sure they offer a wide range of activities so that all panel members will want to get involved.
