added value, rather than simply producing the cheapest basic
service like many of our competitors. This means we
are committed to deploying top quality standards and
procedures in the work we do. We also ensure our staff are abreast
of all current issues in our industry through attending
conferences, training courses, joining and participating in
professional institutions and organisations and becoming
accredited, demonstrating expertise in our fields of work.
Quality standards and procedures
M·E·L employs strict quality standards and procedures across the
business, and adheres to the MRS code of conduct. For each type of
work we do, we follow stringent guidelines and procedures to make
sure our work is of a consistently high standard and the chances of
errors or problems occurring with the work are greatly reduced.
We have a range of quality procedures for the main types of work
we do, which we can provide on request.
Accreditations
We have been accredited as meeting the Investors in People
standard since 2000 and in 2010 have now been awarded the enhanced
Bronze award for meeting additional high performance standards in
talent management, work-life balance, and clear business focus.
In 2006 we were also the first Midlands SME to win the coveted
Investors in People Recruitment and Selection enhanced module
We have also been successful in achieving the CHAS Compliance accreditation (Contractors Health
and Safety Assessment Scheme)
