From Cannock and Birmingham, through the Black Country to
Worcestershire, several thousand social housing tenants will have
the chance this autumn to give their views on their landlord
services.
The customer feedback research is one of the largest projects of
its size, crossing a complex range of organisations and different
categories of tenants.
