M·E·L Research has been commissioned by Sandwell Mind to
undertake a Feasibility Study to explore possible remodelling and
service improvements for some of their care projects. We will
be undertaking an assessment of the current operational model and
explore - with internal and external stakeholders - possible
alternatives; this is hugely important in the current economic
climate as organisations strive to ensure that they are 'fit for
purpose'. The methodology will include a combination of desk
research, qualitative interviews and comparative analysis to help
inform a study able to make recommendations to future service
activity.
