Cleveland Constabulaty and Thames Valley Police have joined the
growing number of Forces to have commissioned M·E·L Research
to carry out their customer research. Thames Valley have
asked M·E·L Research to undertake a year-long project on their
user satisfaciton survey, while Cleveland want M·E·L Research
to run a 'feeling the difference' public perception study. Account
Manager Helen Bryce will lead both projects, adding to her growing
portffolio of public service consumer research accounts.
