Jayne Francis and Claire Hall, two of M·E·L's Senior Social and
Community Consultants, have just been appointed 'Approved
Providers' by Worcestershire County Council as part of a Framework
Contract to support the community and voluntary sector. Jayne
and Claire will be available to work with Worcestershire's diverse
range of Third Sector organisations who have secured 'Changing
Futures Fund' monies. These funds will help improve the
capacity and capabilities of TS organisations and ensure they are
well-placed to respond to a changed environment. Jayne and Claire
will be working collaboratively with organisations to strengthen
their infrastructure and respond effectively to community and
