Coventry Partnership Household Survey 2009
Coventry City Council, NHS Coventry and Warwick Medical School have commissioned M·E·L Research to undertake an online Household Survey. We are interested in your views on the quality of life you experience living here, what you think could be done to improve things in the future and issues around physical and mental wellbeing.                                                                                                  
Your response will be completely confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than this survey.  Information from the survey will be used by the Partnership to develop services and help create a better quality of life for residents here.
